We are excited to announce a brand new Introductory Drama Class for children in Reception to Year 2.
WHEN: Tuesdays 4-5pm
WHERE: Our beautiful Studio in Southgate Green (N14 7DB)
For the first time we will be offering optional SCHOOL PICK UP from Walker School.
Children will be collected at 3.15pm by our staff members and brought safely to the Studio (a 4 minute walk). They will have a fun snack and play session supervised by our staff until drama starts at 4pm.
Our classes are brilliant for building confidence, working on communication and harnessing creativity. The environment is safe and nurturing and our teachers are experienced and kind.
We work in small groups on Speech and Drama. Children learn poetry, tell stories, improvise adventures, work on solo projects and in groups. They have the opportunity to take LAMDA exams and perform in front of larger audiences at drama festivals.
Our focus next term will be on a group scene to be performed at the Halo Theatre in Southgate in March! We cannot wait to see what our new Introductory Students will come up with!
